In between 31.03-21.07.2007, “Youth and Regional Development” Association - Romania, will organize in Motru & Targu-Jiu, the project “How many colours does future have?” in the framework of the “All Different, All Equal” European Youth Campaign for Diversity, Human Rights and Participation” www.alldifferent-allequal.info
The project “How many colours does future have?” is financed by the European Youth Foundation - Council of Europe and will bring together participants from: Turkey, Lithuania, Latvia, France, Moldova, Bulgaria, Poland, Romania.

Project summary:
The main aim of this project is to raise awareness of discrimination through media to public on local/national level. The participants will gain general and specific information about discrimination and fight against it on many aspects from different countries. They will be trained by media experts how to use media in this field and through discussions, workshops (see the working methods) will get useful knowledge and experience how to use it in practice. As the project brings together people from different countries and cultures but with the same interest, they will share experience, working methods and ideas, build up new partnerships followed by creating some new youth projects. The project will create multiplier effects such as usage of media generally, development of public relation, creating of new co-operation and partnerships etc., the inclusion of young people with less opportunities into these kind of programmes, to improve the skills, qualifications and personal development of the participants, to search for the innovative character of your working methods, themes and target groups.
