The European Steering Group takes decisions at strategic level and oversees implementation of the campaign.
The ESG comprises 8 members from the statutory bodies in the Council of Europe youth sector (representing governments and NGOs). Also represented on the ESG (but without the right to vote) are the European Youth Forum, the Parliamentary Assembly and Congress of Local and Regional Authorities of the Council of Europe, the European Commission, UNESCO, the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights and the European Commission against Racism and Intolerance (ECRI).
