I recently found out about the Youth for Human Rights campaign. To put in their own words:
Learn what everyone's rights are through stunning visual stories. Youth for Human Rights International teamed up with the Church of Scientology International to create 30 powerful public service announcements to educate and inspire the world.
The idea of the campaign is easy and effective: they produced one short movie for each of the articles of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, so to rephrase and illustrate each concept in an easily understandable way.
I personally found the concept of the campaign very inspirational. The movies themselves vary in quality and effectiveness, and - at least in my very personal opinion - they are strongly "American" in the cultural references they use.
Because of the aim to "explain" HRs to a broad public, the message is often simplified and partial per each article, yet I personally found the result worth the effort.
PS: my favourite ad is #29... almost a kind of... metacampaign!
