Dear actors involved in the launching event,

we are planning to have an exhibition village in front of the Palais for the launching event. Official invitations will be send out soon. Please do already think of who of your NCC or NGO will be there to present and what kind of materials you want to put. You might be thinking as well of more interactive ways of presenting. We will probably have tents and tables. Just let the communication office know if you are planning something special.
