UNITED conference 23-28 October 2007 in Baku, Azerbaijan - Call for nominations

UNITED Conference "Break our Limits through Intercultural Youth Action", concerning the themes of overcoming intolerance and prejudices, has been scheduled for 23-28 October 2007 (Baku, Azerbaijan). Join!

The conference sessions will be focused on the problems of racism, discrimination of refugees, facism and many others as well as on the themes of inclusion and fighting against intolerance. These issues will be discussed with the use of panel discussions, working groups, debates, lectures, plenary sessions, political cafes, intercultural activities and information market.

Conference prepared by: Anti-Nazi Initiative (GR), Civil Assistance Committee for Refugees and Migrants (RUS), Initiative for Development & Cooperation (BIH), Minority Rights Group International (GB), MTP Oradea/Youth Action for Peace (RO), UNITED for Intercultural Action, Youth Board of Cyprus (CY), Yuva Humanitarian Centre (AZ), and Youth League for Intercultural Cooperation (AZ).

All organisations interested in nominating a representativeshould return the attached registration form  as soon as possible (deadline 24 August 2007), preferably via email to conference@unitedagainstracism.org. Each organisation can register only ONE representative (living in Europe). Priority is given to participants under 30.
