Call for Partnership for Youth Training Course in England 2007
Greetings from England!
Charnwood Racial Equality Council (CREC) with the support of Minorities of Europe and local organisations in Leicestershire is pleased to invite to become our partner for an European YOUTH Programme Action 5 application. We are planning to apply for a Training Course on Mainstreaming Intercultural Learning in Various Fields of Youth Work in Europe with emphasis on non-formal education and human rights issues and support the new 'all different, all equal' European Youth Campaign. It will take place in Loughborough, 5-12 June 2007. The idea is to share our experiences in England with partners across Europe and the neighbouring countries and regions.
We are looking for 11 partners, half of them would be within the European Union and the other half would be from outside EU, to maintain a good geographical representation. We also encourage partners to ensure gender balance for the delegates. There will be no participation fees and food/lodging will be provided at the beautiful Ramada Hotel in the town centre of Loughborough. Also, 70% of the travel costs and 100% of visas to UK will be reimbursed according to the YOUTH Programme regulations.
I have enclosed a detailed introduction in this email (below and as an attachment) and the Part III form. If you are interested in the training course, please send us the Part III form as soon as possible, by email and fax. We would also need the original form by air mail. The deadline for application is 16 October and the results of selection will follow shortly.
