To the secretariat,
Another question which were raised at the NCC meeting in Strasbourg 3-4 feb were about the materials CoE will produce. In order to make a budget and also decide on what kind of material we will produce on our own I need to know when the CoE will have decided on what they will produce,
to what price and which date will they be ready?

Hello Mac,
As you know we have produced pins. The problem with them breaking is on its way to be solved. (thanks again for the notice... ;-))) Furthermore we are thinking about stickers, T'Shirts, eventually pens and lenyards, ...... this being a non exhaustive list.

Hello Christine,
during the NCC meeting the need for informative brochures of the campaign was stressed. Hanjo already discussed this urgent need with our publication department and next week I have a follow-up meeting on this. Hopefully I will be able to give you more concrete answers by then.
For what concerns the publicity material as such (posters, gadgets, t-shirts, etc...), as the procedure goes through external companies, I'm afraid we will need at least one month starting from Monday for having the structure ready, and some time after that for being able to deliver the first products. The use of the visuals of the campaign will be for free to anybody who will use withing the campaign itself. For what concerns the gadgets, most probably there will be an online shop where NCC will be able to do their orders: we will try to consolidate the various orders into a single one every second week, so that the individual price for object will - hopefully - drop. A preliminary investigation has pointed out that the individual price of gadgets will be around 0,9 € per piece, maybe less in case of big orders.
This option should however not refrain individual NCCs to develop alternative/subsidiary plans on a national level. We would howerver appreciate to be informed, as the use of the logo is subject to certain restrictions.

we're slowly getting there, on the 23rd of this month there will be the meeting of the "market commission" that will possibly unlock the situation... Hold on still for a couple of days!! :)
