Budget on training activities

Dear all,
I sent my question yo Hanjo, but was told to add it here in the forum because it is relevant for all the NCC.
My question is to the document of outlines of training and educational activities handed out at the NCC meeting 3-4. feb. It seems like a lot of good trainings will take place. As the chair of the norwegian NCC I would like to know how much of the costs for the trainings will be expected paid by each NCC. This need to be included in our budget.

Main ideas on the cost of training activities
I just spoke with Hanjo about it. Although a definitive budget hasn't been drafted yet, the guiding principle for the participation to training activities will be:
For activities open to young people in general:
We will follow the standard CoE procedure (a fixed registration fee that is deduced from the travel reimbursment), board and lodging included. This amount changes according to the activity, but it normally is around 50 €.
For training activities addressed to NCC members:
The CoE will cover the expences in relation to the team (fees of trainers, their travel, board and lodging...). The CoE will also cover the board and lodging expences for the participants, but we expect the NCC to cover travel expences (so: no travel reimbursment from our side).
Please don't forget that these are the guiding principles around which we're going to buld the budget, and they are therefore provisional information.
