Description of the project:
The overall goal of this project is to strengthen the capacity of human rights organizations to undertake human rights education (HRE) efforts (e.g. training, awareness campaigns, information dissemination, and advocacy) aimed at building a global culture of human rights with focus on violence prevention .

To involve the Armenian public in Council of Europe ADAE campaign the Council of Europe Office in Armenia in cooperation with the Armenian National Gallery Film Project organizes film screenings on trafficking, violence against children and racism. The films will be in original languages with English subtitles. The official opening took place on 4 November 2006, at 12:00 at the 9th floor auditorium of the National Gallery of Armenia. The CoE sponsored films will be shown every Saturday and Sunday throughout November.
